Bijo K. John holds a B.E. in Engineering from Karnatak University, Dharwad (1985–1990) and is the visionary Founder of Tritech Engineering, established in 1995 and Tritech Academy in 2010. He was a Sustainability Award Winner at ACREX 2024 for the HVAC Design of the 1,500-bed CMC Vellore project.

With extensive expertise in MEP Design & Engineering, HVAC Services Design, BIM, and Virtual Design & Construction (VDC), he has built a distinguished career in the MEP consulting industry. His portfolio includes 1,000+ projects for major national and international clients, including Amazon, Colt, Marriott, World Trade Center, Nestlé, TCS, Texvalley Erode, SmartCity, and many others.

He is actively associated with leading professional organizations, including ISHRAE, India BIM Association, Indian Plumbing Association, UK–Kerala Sustainability Round Table. He currently serves as Chairman of the Indian Plumbing Association, Kochi Chapter, and is also a Past President of Rotary Cochin City (2012–13). His experience in delivering complex MEP projects and implementing BIM-driven solutions forms the foundation of the practical, industry-focused training offered by Tritech Design Academy.
